Ana's chocolate cake



  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 1 sachet of Royal baking powder
  • 1 measure of oil (measure with the yogurt container)
  • 2 measures of sugar
  • 2 measures of flour
  • 1 measures of cola
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • margarine to grease the mold

Chocolate cake is probably the dish with most varied recipes worldwide. We suggest Ana's chocolate cake recipe, for you to enjoy with family or friends.


Put all the ingredients in a bowl and beat everything with the mixer, making sure it is well mixed.

Then place in the mold, already greased with margarine, and put it in the oven at 360 ºF.

When you see that it has risen, carefully open the oven (about 30 minutes should have passed), and stick a toothpick in it, if it comes out dry it's done.

Take it out and leave to cool.

In a saucepan add the two bars of chocolate in pieces and help them to melt using the spoon and place to one side.

When the cake is cold, cut it in half. Add a thin layer of the melted chocolate and a layer of raspberry jam on top. Put the other half of the cake on top.

Cover the whole cake with the chocolate, top and sides, using up all the chocolate. When it is cool, put it in the refrigerator.

Tip: Take it out half an hour before eating.
