Throughout the crisis caused by COVID-19, our products can be purchased over the phone and/or via email. Order your favorite chorizos now, it’s very easy! Below, we answer some of your most frequently asked questions.

How long will it take to prepare my order?

Orders are prepared in approximately 2 working days.

When will I know that my order has shipped?
Once the order has been prepared, we will send you an email to confirm that the order has shipped from our warehouses, along with the tracking number.

How long will it take?
It depends where you live, but you will receive your order in a maximum of 4-5 days.

Which carrier will you use to send it?
 Orders will be shipped via UPS.

What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

UPS will leave you a message to get in touch with them to arrange delivery/collection.

How can I track my order?
When the order leaves our facilities, we will send you an email with the tracking number so that you can track the package.

What if I want to make a return?
The cost of returns will be borne by the buyer as long as they are not due to a problem with the product quality. To make a return, you will have to contact us via email requesting the return. You can only make the return once you have received our instructions.

What happens if my order does not arrive in good condition?
If your order does not arrive in optimum condition, let us know within 24 hours of receipt of the order via email, including your contact information, the incident and attaching a couple of photos.
