- 1 kg potatoes
- Plenty of oil for frying

For the sauce:
- 40 ml oil
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 g chorizo
- 500 g tomato
- Tabasco

Preparation:
- Wash, peel and dice the potatoes. Set aside, keeping warm.
- Prepare the sauce: chop the onion, crush the garlic and chop the chorizo.
- Fry the ingredients in hot oil for about 10 minutes over a medium heat.
- Add the tomato, Tabasco and salt. Cover and leave for another 10 minutes. Set aside.
- Fry the diced potato until golden brown. Drain well from oil and season.
- Serve the potatoes covered with the sauce and eat!
