Step 1: Fry the garlic till golden and cut the bread into pieces.
Peel the garlic cloves and brown them in a large, low pan. Cut the bread into thin slices using a bread knife. Put to one side.

Step 2: Cook the peppers.
When the garlic is golden brown, remove and put to one side. Dice the peppers and add them. Season and cook well. Remove the peppers and put to one side.

Step 3: Cook the Chorizo and the bread.
Dice the Chorizo and add to the pan.
Sauté briefly and put to one side.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the water (1 glass) and the paprika. Stir in the bread and cook, stirring continuously for about 20 minutes.

Step 4: Make the egg flowers.
Cut 4 large pieces of plastic wrap and spread them over 4 containers, pushing down well inside. Rub them with oil and break an egg in each. Season, close them tightly and tie them with a string. Put plenty of water in a pan and when it starts to boil add the eggs. Boil them on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
