Spanish chorizo tapas: Baked provolone cheese and chorizo

By combining provolone cheese, the authentic Chorizo Palacios, and a touch of oregano, you can create a flavorful dish that is sure to become a family favorite!

Preparation

In an earthenware dish or a bowl place the cheese with a pinch of oregano and add chopped pieces of Chorizo Palacios and dried tomatoes on top.
