Ingredients

  • 250 g of minced beef
  • 100 g of chorizo
  • 2 slices of bread in small pieces
  • 2 large eggs
  • 200 g of grated cheese
  • Half an onion
  • Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cups of tomato stock
  • 1 small bunch of parsley

Preparation:
 

  1. Mince the meat with the chorizo, onion, bread and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Make meatballs and fill with a little cheese.
  3. Fry the balls in hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Add the tomato stock and the bunch of parsley and cook over low heat for 25 minutes.
